Roasted Chicken I loved

I love roasted chicken or litson manok in Tagalog. During my visit to Baguio City, I make sure to eat Andok’s litson manok. They have the best quality roasted chicken in the city, I think. They also offer wide variety of choices like litson liempo (roasted pork belly), bangus (milk fish), pork barbeque, porkcharap (fried pork chop), lechon kawali (deep fried pork belly), kawali royale, crispy pata (deep fried pork leg), pork sinigang, beef steak rice, beef rice, chicken leg quarter, pork sisig, chopsuey rice, all-day breakfast meals such as beef tapa egg rice, bangus fish egg rice, corned beef egg rice, tocino egg rice, and longganisa egg rice and desserts such as banana con yelo, mais con yelo and leche flan.

Solibao Restaurant in Baguio City, Philippines

Last week I was in Baguio City, Philippines. I visited my friend who is a doctor in Saint Louis University, my alma mater. We went to PMA, Burnham Park, Camp John Hay, and SM. Well, we do a lot of shopping. I have stayed there for 3 days only. As usual, we ate at Solibao restaurant because I love their delicacies there. I just felt like home away from home!

Panagbenga Festival

It was five years that I have stayed in Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines. Every year I used to witness the month-long annual flower festival called the Panagbenga, which means "season of blooming".

It is being held during the month of February. Panagbenga is like a tribute to the city's flowers. I love to watch the festival floats that are decorated with flowers, the street dancing where dancers are in their flower-inspired costumes.

During this festival, session is in bloom because flowers and related stalls together with side walk cafe's and food outlets are set up along Session Road. There are also musical entertainers performing in selected areas in Session Road. It’s really worth visiting Baguio during this festival.
