Do you eat raw fish? From the time I was hired in Sanyo, a Japanese company based in the Philippines, I have tried eating raw fish, sushi and sashimi. But honestly speaking, i am not happy eating them haha. But I do eat a little, just try to taste them.

Do you know that the chef's recommendation is assorted sashimi plate? Well, it's up to you what to order. They got many selections.
The last time we visited Niji restaurant, we tried CHIRASHI SUSHI, covering the rice with slices of various raw fishes. Our Department's general manager ordered some Odon, okonomiyaki, kimchi, and others.
