Chirashi Sushi at Niji Restaurant
Do you eat raw fish? From the time I was hired in Sanyo, a Japanese company based in the Philippines, I have tried eating raw fish, sushi and sashimi. But honestly speaking, i am not happy eating them haha. But I do eat a little, just try to taste them.
If you're looking for a nice place to eat fresh, delicious and reasonable fish, this is it- at Niji restaurant in Angeles Pampanga. They always serve you with nice dishes of the season. Do you know that the chef's recommendation is assorted sashimi plate? Well, it's up to you what to order. They got many selections.
The last time we visited Niji restaurant, we tried CHIRASHI SUSHI, covering the rice with slices of various raw fishes. Our Department's general manager ordered some Odon, okonomiyaki, kimchi, and others.

Fortune Teller in Japan
Do you believe in fortune teller? Have you tried checking out what could be your future, in your career, love life, health, family.
When I went to Mount Akagi in Japan, we went to the shrine and there was a small box there where you could read your future. All you have to do is to drop 100 yen in the slit of the box and pick a paper where your future is written on it.
And so I tried. It tells me to have a good future. I will have a harmonious relationship with my family and my career will be good as long as I will work hard. Since I have a good fortune, I kept the paper with me.
A Japanese friend told me to hang the paper if it says bad fortune. You have to leave the paper to let the Divine responsible for reshaping your fortune or not to let bad things happen.

First Time in Bacolod Chicken Inasal
Chicken inasal is not my favorite. But I am just so curious why there's a lot of people eating in Bacolod Chicken Inasal. Because of curiosity, I tried and tasted their inasal recipe.
Bacolod chicken inasal is a food chain in the Philippines best known for its inasal. Inasal is a roast chicken which is served on skewers.
Not only chicken inasal, they've got different of Filipino viands too. They also serve different desserts and merienda. The whole family will surely love it, I guess.
What I like in this restaurant is their plate covered with banana leaves, like living in the past.

At MOS Burger, Japan
MOS Burger is a fast food restaurant chain in Japan, which is known for its standard hamburger. Actually this hamburger was their first product when the company was founded.
Two nights before going back to Philippines, we had the chance to go to MOS Burger. Thanks to Kashiwase-san of Sanyo Gunma Design Center. He recommended the mixed berries (like yogurt). We had our dessert here after we dine in Yoshinoya.
